"Our awning was damaged due to rain & wind. We contacted our insurance co. which advised us to take it wherever we wanted for replacement with check in hand. The local RV dealer would not return calls and requested numbers from the old awning which were not there. I asked the Ins. Co. if it could be taken to Arrowhead, they agreed. Arrowhead asked for the number that was on the awning (in sight) over the phone and 2 days later the new one was installed with proficient, professional labor from the service dept. The entire staff was more than helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, etc. You will be our friends forever. All our RV friends say they will be doing business with you in the future. Thanks Arrowhead, you are great!!!!!"
